Refund Policy

The short version
- → Miss 100 pre-orders by 30 November 2026 and every order is refunded automatically — no form, no email needed.
- → Change your mind any time in the first 14 days — email us and we refund within 14 days.
- → Faulty or wrong item? You're covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, cooling-off window or not.
If we don't hit 100 pre-orders, you get every penny back
You don't have to do anything. We only put boards into production if at least 100 pre-orders come in by 30 November 2026. If the count is short of 100 on that date, every order is automatically refunded in full to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days. No form, no email, no chasing us.
If we do hit 100, production goes ahead and your board ships towards the estimated Christmas 2026 dispatch. This guarantee simply doesn't apply, because the run went ahead.
Changing your mind (14-day cooling-off)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason from the moment you buy up to 14 days after delivery.
Email [email protected] with your order number and tell us you want to cancel. Once we've heard from you, we refund within 14 days. If your board has already shipped, post it back to us first — see the full terms of sale for return details.
Faulty or damaged goods
If your board arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you're covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regardless of the cooling-off window above. Email us with a description and a photo and we'll refund or replace it — your choice.
How refunds are paid
All payments run through Stripe. Refunds go back to the card or account you checked out with — we can't send a refund anywhere else.
How long it takes
We process refunds within 14 days of the refund being due, whether that's the below-100 automatic refund, a cancellation, or a faulty item. Once Stripe processes it, your bank or card provider can take a few extra days to show the money in your account.
