Everyone downs whatever's in their glass, and whoever's the last one finished has to do a forfeit invented on the spot by whoever won. There's no set punishment printed anywhere else on the board. The winner just makes one up.

That's the bit that goes sideways. Half the table necks a full pint and tries to look unbothered about it. The other half quietly topped their glass up with a splash of something earlier and are now grinning, because they knew this was coming. The actual drama isn't the chug itself, it's the ten seconds after, watching the winner think up something for whoever's still coughing into their sleeve.

There's a rough house rule worth keeping: match your glass to the table, not below it. Turning up with a shot glass while everyone else has a pint is technically legal and completely shameless. And if you win, think twice before going nuclear on the punishment — you'll be racing again before the night's out, and karma round a dartboard has a short memory but a long reach.
